The Hilton family’s summer home in the Hamptons is in contract after a $4 million price cut

Six months after they hacked more than $4 million off the asking price, the Hilton family β€” yes, that Hilton family β€” has found a buyer for their Hamptons home.

The sellers are Paris’ parents: Rick Hilton, scion of the Hilton Hotel empire founded by Conrad Hilton, and Kathy, a “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum and sister of reality star Kyle Richards.

The Hiltons bought this Water Mill getaway, at 9 Fordune Dr., for $2.38 million in 1999. It sits on land once owned by Henry Ford.

The property went on the market for $14.95 million in February. It last asked $10.99 million. The sale hasn’t closed yet, and it’s not clear what the new owner will spend β€” or who that person is.

β€œIt’s a great property, although it does need some updating. But it’s a beautiful place with a lot of space,” said a spy who visited the house.

This East End home is where the Hilton’s famous daughters Paris and Nicky spent the summer before the family moved to California in the 2000s.

Paris and her mother have been in the news this week after Kathy dared Tiffany Haddish, wearing a knockout pantsuit, to crash Monse’s New York Fashion Week show by leaving her front seat to walk the runway – while Kathy and her daughters egged him on. in.

Paris was also in the news for starring in underwear designer Agent Provocateur’s fall/winter ad campaign.

The 10,500 square foot traditional shingle style home was built in 1992 as part of a gated community.

It features six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and sits on 2.7 acres. But these days the Hiltons have been renting it out more than enjoying it for themselves, friends say.

Inside, the home features a chef’s kitchen, three wood-burning fireplaces, high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is also a den, a formal dining room, a library and a finished basement.

The property was updated in 2018.

Outside, and this is the Hamptons, there’s a lagoon-style pool, an outdoor dining area and plenty of terrace space. There is also a three-car garage and a porte cochere.

The residence also comes with mandatory access to Fowlers Beach, less than a mile away.

Corcoran’s Jared Seligman has the listing.
